Sumajster - used to be food of the poor times but very delicious. A mixture of large beans, barley and greaves with garlic and marjoram flavour.

Pyramid of meat - food consisting of chicken, pork and beef, layered with roasted oyster mushroom and two malt sauces.

Parsley Puree - cooked parsley, whipped with cream and potatoes.
